IUPUI wasn't invited to any of this season's basketball dances.
Jaguars coach Ron Hunter believes being from a non-traditional hoops program cost his team a bid in any of the three events: the NCAA Tournament, the National Invitational Tournament or the new College Basketball Invitational.
"A lot of it has to do with what's written on our chests," Hunter said. "It wasn't about the body of our work." Read more.
I honestly wonder how this will motivate IUPUI's returning players next season. I guess time will tell.
