I'll be curious to see the latest Mid-Major Top 25 Poll later this afternoon. If you recall, ORU was #19 and IUPUI was #21 heading into the weekend. Given the results of that game--and the fact that four of the teams just above ORU in the polls lost--IUPUI should jump up to around 14 or 15. ORU shouldn't be too far below IUPUI either, since they only have six losses compared to the seven, eight or even nine losses of other teams ranked higher.
It's also worth noting ORU's RPI is relatively high, compared to all the teams surrounding them in the polls.
Again, I said SHOULD. ORU head coach Scott Sutton possesses the lone Summit League vote. I wonder what his vote will look like.
I guess we'll know later today.
